It is either virgin hair (the highest-quality hair) or Remy human hair, which has cuticles kept intact and aligned. Therefore, our products are as soft, smooth and shiny as natural hair. They can be dyed and styled to suit different needs without becoming tangled or damaged if cared for properly.
No. We supply 100% natural, unprocessed human hair, so it is very healthy and not easy to be damaged.
If you choose a product that is in stock, we can ship it immediately. For made-to-order products, we need 7-9 days to prepare.
Delivery takes about 2-5 business days, depending on your location. Once your order is confirmed, we will send you a tracking number so you can track the status of delivery.
Yes, we offer custom packaging services. You just need to send us your logo and any design specifications you have and we can do according to your request.
They’re all our hair standards and the difference among them is the amount of short hair mixed inside the bundles. So, the higher the standard, the thicker the ends of the hair.
Our products come in various lengths, ranging from 6-32 inches. Sometimes we also have 34-40 inches but in limited quantities.
It depends on the standard you choose. If you choose super double drawn hair, the amount of short hair mixed inside the bundles is very little, so you can see the end of the hair is very full.
As our products are made from the highest-quality materials, they can last 1 year or more if you take care of them properly.
The price we offer is already the wholesale price from the biggest Vietnamese hair factory. You will get more discounts when you order in large quantities.
We supply various types of hair extensions that are popular in the market, such as bulk, weft, tape-in, keratin, wig… Moreover, we constantly develop and release new products to keep up with customer demands. For example, in our tape-in collection, besides normal tape-in hair extensions, we also provide invisible tape, slim tape, double tab tape… to suit different needs.
We accept a minimum order of 200gr for the first time. The bigger the order, the more discounts you’ll receive.

Our material hair is ethically sourced from healthy donors. We cut directly from their heads to ensure the quality of our hair.
We can give you a free sample of about 25-30 grams but you have to pay a shipping fee and transfer fee. Normally, the shipping fee is quite expensive so you can order 2 bundles for the first sample, as it’s better to save the fee of delivery.
We have a fair and transparent return policy and treat all customers with respect and honesty. We offer a replacement or full refund for products that have a defect or are incorrect. Packaging must be kept intact. However, we cannot offer a full refund for hair extensions damaged due to improper use.
- Refund policy: the full refund will be applied when customers have not used the hair yet and sent it back within 7 days.
- Return process: When you return the hair, please declare “synthetic hair” with low value so that we can work with Vietnamese customs easily. I will give you a refund or replacement when we receive it. Besides, shipping instructions and any required documentation will be discussed later.
- Shipping costs: If the hair extensions are damaged due to improper use, customers will be responsible for shipping costs.
Please notice that before shipping, we always take pictures and videos of the products before sending them to customers. To avoid any dispute, please check pictures and videos with the salesperson to whom you spoke.
